Some Different Emotions.

Emotions play an important part in our daily lives. We will be looking at just some emotions to help in your Mind Cultivation.

If I was to ask you to name ten emotions, most of us would find it hard to name five let alone ten. In this section we will look at six different emotions. I have split these six emotions into three fields. first we have the Primary Emotion, then the Secondary Emotion, and then we have the Emotional Relations.
The primary emotions are the emotions that we all know as a word or feeling. They are.
Fear
Anger
Love
Sadness
Surprise
Joy
Within the primary set of emotions we have the secondary emotion. If we look at it as each primary emotion is a single box, and within that box is a smaller box that holds the secondary emotion, and from within that box is a third box with all of the emotional relations related to that emotion.
It is important to know that Any of the emotional relations can become the secondary emotion at any time.
So for example look at the table below.

Primary Emotion Secondary Emotion Emotional Relations
Fear Nervousness Anxiety, worry, dread, apprehension, tenseness, distress. Other feelings of fear are, alarm, fright, mortification, panic, shock, terror and hysteria.

Here you can see the Primary and Secondary emotions. Note that the primary emotion will always be the primary emotion, this is the first feeling of emotion in relation to the situation. This Primary emotion could be the overall emotion that we may experience or it may jump to the secondary emotion or any of the emotional relations related to the Primary Emotion, but the Primary emotion will always be the first feeling of emotion.

Now jump to the Emotions Tags on your right and click one to learn about your selected emotion.
